Quality, flexibility, practical applications, energy, labour savings, and low product dehydration together make a strong argument for (French) butchers to choose Smeva.
This is most recently evidenced by the newly delivered Boucherie Mosnier project in Clermont Ferrand. The customized unit with corners is provided with an additional raised display area to present non-refrigerated dried goods. A Bain-Marie for the sale of ready-made products is integrated into the same line as the unit. To guarantee that all components complement each other perfectly, all units are constructed entirely in our factory and are subject to refrigeration and electro-technical testing (see pictures).
