At Slagerij Paalvast in Scheveningen, the Netherlands, Smeva recently completed a clever turnkey project together with Koppers Meubel- en Interieurbouw.
The brothers Rob and Mark Paalvast are the fourth generation of butchers in the Paalvast family. Free-range and biological, that is their focus. A few months ago, the butcher’s shop re-opened after a 2 1/2 week renovation during which everything was renewed.
Rob Paalvast: “The cooperation with Smeva went well and smoothly with both the project manager and the fitters. They were friendly and thought along with us, for example about our ideas of installing the refrigeration and freezer units behind one another and the limitation of the noise of the fan behind and the motor below the units. I would certainly recommend Smeva due to their way of thinking along with the customer and simply supplying good equipment.”
Smeva delivered a new Vision Mark display case, a Performer wall unit, a refrigerated counter behind the display case, a refrigerated cell and a freezer cell, and a refrigeration system (machine in the cellar and condenser outside).
